You will be the operator of the business, responsible for building relationships with childcare centres, placing candidates, and growing the territory.
Best Staffing provides the brand, back-office support and operational systems, allowing you to focus on execution and growth.
This is not a job and not a passive investment.

Full back-office support (invoicing, bookkeeping, compliance)
No royalties or franchise-style fees
Build long-term equity through performance

Source and place qualified educators and staff
Manage your own client base and candidate pipeline
Set pricing and manage day-to-day operations
Grow and scale the territory over time
