We are looking for ONE operator for this territory.

This is an opportunity to own and operate your own recruitment business, focused on the childcare sector on the Gold Coast.

You will be the operator of the business, responsible for building relationships with childcare centres, placing candidates, and growing the territory.

Best Staffing provides the brand, back-office support and operational systems, allowing you to focus on execution and growth.

This is not a job and not a passive investment.

• Own 75% of your own business

• Initial capital contribution of $15,000

• Operate under the Best Staffing brand

• Full back-office support (invoicing, bookkeeping, compliance)

• No royalties or franchise-style fees

• Build long-term equity through performance

• Develop relationships with childcare centres

• Source and place qualified educators and staff

• Manage your own client base and candidate pipeline

• Set pricing and manage day-to-day operations
